2. Data we process
We collect the data you provide voluntarily in the subscription form (name and email) and technical data derived from your navigation (IP address, device type, pages visited) when you consent through the cookie banner.
3. Purposes
We use your information to send you updates about Argentine real estate projects, measure the performance of the site, respond to queries and comply with the legal obligations applicable to the collective funding regime regulated by the CNV.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your prior, express and informed consent (Section 5, Act 25,326), on the legitimate interest of keeping a communication relationship with subscribed individuals and on compliance with legal obligations.
5. Retention
We retain your data for as long as your subscription remains active. If you request cancellation, we delete it within thirty calendar days, unless legal retention obligations apply.
6. Recipients
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We may rely on technology providers (email delivery, analytics, hosting) that act as data processors under confidentiality agreements and are located in Argentina or in countries with an adequate level of protection.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and objection by writing to hola@nuvaleqo.com. You also have the right to file complaints with the Agency for Access to Public Information (Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, CABA).
